- Preparation/drafting of the Legal Report with the official valuation of the selected property.
- Preparation of each of the mandatory forms and documents prior to the notarial signature.
- Accompaniment and customer assistance at the Notary Public to formalize the purchase operation.
- Post-signature processing and documentation process (withdrawal of notarial documentation, update of tax payment, registration in the relevant property registry, etc.).
