MAGNA GEST complies with the obligations imposed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, with regard to the processing of personal data and other applicable legislation, as well as the regulations in force at any given time that may be applicable, guaranteeing the observance of all the obligations and rights of those affected with regard to the processing of personal data. The main purpose of the processing of your personal data corresponds to the possibility of establishing communications with you in order to respond to your request for contact by the form provided for this purpose, or to meet the business relationship that you request. Once the retention obligation has ceased, your data may be deleted from our database or, where appropriate, anonymised.
The processing of data for the purpose of sending electronic newsletters about services, events and news related to our professional activity is based on the legitimate interest of MAGNA GEST to carry out such processing in accordance with current legislation. Your data will be kept as long as the commercial relationship exists, your interest and there is no revocation on your part.

The rights of those affected may be exercised directly by the interested party, providing a photocopy of their ID card or equivalent document, in order to prove their identity, or by legal or voluntary representation, in which case, in addition to a photocopy of the ID card or equivalent document of the interested party, the authentic document proving the representation of the third party must be provided together with a photocopy of their ID card or equivalent document.
6. Complaints
If you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the regulations or the provisions of this clause, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, which is the competent supervisory authority for the protection of your personal data, through its electronic office or its postal address, which can be found on the website www.agpd.es.
